Larry Jacob

Larry J. Jacob started in the electrical business in 1985 as an outside sales representative for a local distributor in Indianapolis. He then worked for a local manufactures representative in Indianapolis for 12 years before joining New Century Sales, Inc as a partner and outside salesman in 2000. In 2005 Larry became the President and Owner of NCS. His success and business practices are based upon the NCS mission statement: “E.P.I.C. in everything we do!” Larry earned his BBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN and has completed the 3 year CPMR certification program. Larry, his wife Shannon, 2 daughters, and son all reside in Indianapolis, IN.

Rick Goddard

Rick Goddard has been at New Century Sales since it's inception as a partner and account manager. Rick started in the electrical business in 1969 working for an electrical contractor. He then worked for Raco on the manufacturing side of the electrical business. Rick started in the manufacture representation business in 1980 and became Vice-President of NCS in 2005. Rick earned his BS in Marketing from Indiana University in South Bend. Rick and his wife Pam live in Elkhart, Indiana.

Heath Gibson

Heath Gibson started in the electrical business in January of 1998 as a delivery driver for a national electrical distributor in Kokomo, IN. He moved up multiple times with in the company performing warehouse management, counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales during his tenure there. Heath then joined NCS in December of 2002. At NCS Heath has continued to wear multiple hats as he has done warehouse management, inside sales, outside sales, and inside sales management. Due to Heath’s process, procedure, and sales experiences in both the electrical distributor and electrical manufacturer representative segments of the electrical business he has become a valuable asset for NCS. Heath is also “semi-fluent” in sign language as his oldest daughter is deaf. Heath, his wife Amber, and 3 daughters reside in the Kokomo, IN area.

Dave Madrick

David Madrick began his career in the electrical industry as a manufacturer’s representative, in 1987. He joined New Century Sales in 1999. Dave’s responsibilities include account management, for both electrical distribution and the engineering sector, with a primary focus on continuing education and development of product awareness in an effort to provide the knowledge and insight necessary for architects and engineers to make informed decisions. He attended (and played basketball) at Hillsdale College, graduating in 1979 with a BS in Economics and Business Administration. Dave and his wife have four children and reside in Zionsville, Indiana.

Ian Miscovich

Ian Miscovich started with New Century Sales Inc. in 2004 as an account manager.  He started in the electrical business in 1984 with a local distributor.  Ian has over 20 years experience in the manufactures representatives business.  His territory includes Indianapolis and Southeastern Indiana.  He attended Vincennes and Butler Universities.  Ian and his wife Jennifer reside in Greenfield, IN.

Kris Buergelin

Kris started in the electrical industry in 1976. She joined New Century Sales, Inc when it was established in 1999. Prior to working for NCS, Kris worked for an Indianapolis electrical distributor as a purchasing agent and for a local manufacturing sales rep as an inside sales representative. Kris resides in Noblesville, IN with her husband.

Jarod Evans

Jarod joined New Century Sales, Inc. in December of 2004 as an inside sales representative.  He also designs the promo fliers and marketing literature for NCS.  He came to NCS with 4 years previous experience in the electrical industry while working for another Indiana electrical manufacturer’s representative.  Jarod attended Baker Business College in Flint, Michigan studying Aviation Technology and Graphic Design.  Before getting into the electrical business, Jarod worked in P.R. / marketing for 2 different NASCAR Craftsman truck racing teams.  Jarod is married with 2 kids residing on the West side of Indianapolis.

Vicki Urick

Vicki joined New Century Sales, Inc in 2006 as a Data Entry Specialist. Since 2006 she has gained inside sales responsibilities as part of her role at NCS. Prior to working for NCS, Vicki worked for a large retail chain in Indianapolis as a part of their management team. Vicki has over 23 years of customer service experience. Vicki is a mother of three and resides in Avon, Indiana with her husband and youngest son.

Brian Richardson

Brian joined New Century Sales, Inc in January of 2008. His family has been in the electrical business for many years. Prior to joining NCS, he was in the Navy as a jet engine specialist stationed in Whidbey, WA. After the military he worked in Indianapolis as a mortgage broker and did inside and outside sales in the petroleum industry. Brian is single with no kids and lives on the South side of Indianapolis.

Republic Conduit, Sapa Aluminum Conduit, Southwire/Maxis, and TBA Llc

Shannon Jacob

Shannon has been involved in the electrical business both directly and indirectly for over 12 years. She handles all of the accounts receivable and accounts payable duties as well as many other “behind the scenes” duties that keeps NCS running smoothly and efficiently.
